Do I still have any readers? Did I ever have any readers? Well, if you're still there so am I! School is a nightmare right now. I may have a chance to do some blogging once I turn in my first term paper this coming Monday, but chances are that won't happen. I have Thanksgiving break quicly approaching which should involve my first pie from scratch and my stuffing! Now, just because the word "break" appears in that sentence doesn't mean I'll have free time. I have exams to study for and another paper to write during that time, so if I'm being honest here...I may not have the chance to blog again until the middle of December. So, thank you if anyone is still out there checking up on this and I'll eventually have more fun recipes to post.

- I'm now a college graduate, with a psychology degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. I love to bake in my spare time, which I still don't have as much of as I would like. I also enjoy taking pictures of my creations even though I have no real photography experience. I'm not quite sure when my passion for baking really kicked in, but I've always loved food. My grandmother was, and still is, and amazing cook and baker and I think she's the one that really inspired me to get in the kitchen.

Yeah, I'm still reading! School gets so busy. And break? What break? Professors end up assigning more work because they think you have nothing better to do during your time off! ARGH!
Have a Happy Thanksgiving. And let me know how your pie turns out. I made my first two this summer and they were pretty good. I need a little practice, though... so that they're perfect!
